Introducing The Breakthrough Lab

It is difficult but possible to stay present and respond effectively at crucial thresholds.
Our first impulses and responses are typically awkward and sometimes counter-productive.
Competing Voices
To address the need for a place to discover what’s really needed, and to practice new moves, we employ the arts, a community of practice and a unique forum we call “The Breakthrough Lab”. We go beyond talking about what it means to live and evolve our companies and ourselves on purpose.

Exploring questions and issues, and discussing options, can be helpful. But in the safety of a lab, we can bring dynamics to life. By using enactments and role-playing, we can experience actions directly and explore where new responses work and how they break down. Think of
a martial arts studio or dojo for evolving on purpose. In a safe forum, and in the company of peers, we practice new ways of doing business. Together, we discover ways to discover, develop and deploy what's needed next.

What The Breakthrough Lab offers:
  • Better visibility—a “balcony view” to observe how things happen and what’s needed next.
  • Better results—designs and “solutions” work because they've been tested and practiced.
  • Personal agility—the ability to recover faster and tap your own resourcefulness, (especially when the going gets rough).
  • Repeatable process for innovation—a reliable way to invent and prototype new solutions and behaviors (and to influence your own evolution).
